Welcome Drinks - Tuesday 13th August
We are kicking off with some Welcome Drinks on the night before the event at the Intercontinental. If you're flying in earlier that day, we'd love to see you there for a meet and greet mixer with Taki, Kiri-Maree, and the rest of the Black Belt and Boardroom members. If you don't know anyone before you arrive, you're bound to walk out with some new friendships.
The Intensive - Wednesday 14th - Friday 16th, August
The Intensive runs August 14-16 (with an extra day on the 17th for Boardroom). We start each day with an (optional) walk to (excellent!) coffee, before breakfast. You'll have time to grab some breaky before sessions start at 9am (local time).
Sessions wrap up at 1pm each day.
If joining us for the additional member activities, we will then take over one of the gorgeous restaurants on site and enjoy a buffet lunch where you’ll enjoy a nutritious meal with other members, as you decompress from what has been a jam packed few hours.
In the afternoons, we'll have some optional downtime or fun activities to enjoy with your Black Belt and Boardroom peers. We don’t want to give too much away just yet! After some afternoon shenanigans, you'll have time to return to your hotel and get ready for dinner with the gang.
There will also be some events where you'll be able to bring the family, and mingle with other members and their families.
Saturday 17th August, Boardroom Experience Day
Our Boardroom and Boardroom guests will enjoy an extra special day with Taki and Kiri-Maree. We'll start with a delicious breakfast, followed by a day trip out into the beautiful Fijian ocean in what can only be described as Seventh Heaven ;) - it will be a day to relax, enjoy and have meaningful conversations with other Boardroomers out on the water. This will be a relaxing day before you take off later that evening — we will have two boat shuttles (1pm and 3pm) bringing people back in order to make any flights later that evening.
If you happen to be flying out on this day, do let us know and we will be able to secure your luggage for the day so there will be no need to go back to the hotel as we will take you straight to the airport.
Boardroom Experience Day for is for Boardroom founders and partners only. Because we intend it to be an intimate experience amongst Boardroom peers, we’ve made the decision to curate the experience for a smaller group that does not include team members, spouses or kids.
There are a number of childcare options available to you during your stay.
Nanny Service
A private nanny can be hired for a minimum of three hours at a price of FJD $16.50 per hour.
Kids Club
The Intercontinental has a Kids Club for two distinct age groups: 4 - 7 years old, and 8 - 12 years old.
Session Times:
9:30am – 12:30pm (includes snack)
2:00pm – 5:00pm (includes snack)
6:30pm – 10:30pm (includes snack)
Cost: $30 per session per child. Capacity/Participant Limit: No limit
These services can be booked direct with the hotel either prior to arriving or at the time of arrival. Simply reach out to the Intercontinental reservations team once you have placed your booking.
