What’s Happening

We are still locking down the itinerary with details yet to be confirmed. However, this is what to expect over the three days...

Welcome Drinks - Tuesday 13th August
We are kicking off with some Welcome Drinks on the night before the event at the Intercontinental.  If you're flying in earlier that day, we'd love to see you there for a meet and greet mixer with Taki, Kiri-Maree, and the rest of the Black Belt and Boardroom members. If you don't know anyone before you arrive, you're bound to walk out with some new friendships.

The Intensive - Wednesday 14th - Friday 16th, August
The Intensive runs August 14-16 (with an extra day on the 17th for Boardroom). We start each day with an (optional) walk to (excellent!) coffee, before breakfast. You'll have time to grab some breaky before sessions start at 9am (local time).

Sessions wrap up at 1pm each day.

If joining us for the additional member activities, we will then take over one of the gorgeous restaurants on site and enjoy a buffet lunch where you’ll enjoy a nutritious meal with other members, as you decompress from what has been a jam packed few hours.

In the afternoons, we'll have some optional downtime or fun activities to enjoy with your Black Belt and Boardroom peers.  We don’t want to give too much away just yet!  After some afternoon shenanigans, you'll have time to return to your hotel and get ready for dinner with the gang.
There will also be some events where you'll be able to bring the family, and mingle with other members and their families.

Saturday 17th August, Boardroom Experience Day
Our Boardroom and Boardroom guests will enjoy an extra special day with Taki and Kiri-Maree. We'll start with a delicious breakfast, followed by a day trip out into the beautiful Fijian ocean in what can only be described as Seventh Heaven ;) - it will be a day to relax, enjoy and have meaningful conversations with other Boardroomers out on the water.  This will be a relaxing day before you take off later that evening — we will have two boat shuttles (1pm and 3pm) bringing people back in order to make any flights later that evening.

If you happen to be flying out on this day, do let us know and we will be able to secure your luggage for the day so there will be no need to go back to the hotel as we will take you straight to the airport.

Boardroom Experience Day for is for Boardroom founders and partners only. Because we intend it to be an intimate experience amongst Boardroom peers, we’ve made the decision to curate the experience for a smaller group that does not include team members, spouses or kids.

Booking Your Accommodation
We've been able to secure a select number of hotel rooms from the Intercontinental at a reduced rate.  It has enabled us to put together an all inclusive package experience which will enable you to not only attend the Intensive, but also to be part of additional meals and experiences that you otherwise wouldn't be able to get.  These packages cover everything (excluding alcohol) including your accommodation, airport transfers, all breakfasts, member only lunches and dinners, plus a number of afternoon activities and experiences.

You can of course choose to book direct with the hotel. If you do, and you would still like to join us for all of the additional activities outside of the Intensive half day workshops, then please ensure you purchase a Member Supplement.

Travelling with Family
We are thrilled that several of you are going to be enjoying Fiji with your family. Please note the main Intensive sessions from 9am-1pm will be for members and team members only, not spouses or children.  We have some optional afternoon activities planned that families can enjoy together including the Welcome Drinks and Awards Dinner. We're still confirming the final details of the exact plan and will update this page when we have more information.
If you require childcare during these hours, please speak to the Intercontinental or Insider Expeditions for childcare recommendations as there are both Kids Club and Nanny options available.

Booking Your Accommodation Packages
To view the accommodation packages, please click on the button below. Prices start from $1,750 USD for one member to twin share with another member or $2,999 USD for one member to stay in a private room on their own.

There are packages for most individual members, plus those that would like to bring family. If your option is not available, then please reach out to the team at Insider Expeditions: mdollar@insiderexpeditions.com so they can create a custom quote for you.

What To Bring
It’s Fiji so you'll want to pack swimmers, sunscreen, bug repellent, beach shoes, and comfortable walking shoes. The chance of rain is low!
What To Wear
We’re pretty casual. We’ll be workshopping, walking, and moving throughout the day, so make sure you’re comfortable. Bring a change of clothes for dinner – some restaurants don’t allow flip-flops, so you might want to bring a backup option!
Childcare Options

There are a number of childcare options available to you during your stay.

Nanny Service
A private nanny can be hired for a minimum of three hours at a price of FJD $16.50 per hour.

Kids Club
The Intercontinental has a Kids Club for two distinct age groups: 4 - 7 years old, and 8 - 12 years old.

Session Times:
9:30am – 12:30pm (includes snack)
2:00pm – 5:00pm (includes snack)
6:30pm – 10:30pm (includes snack)

Cost: $30 per session per child. Capacity/Participant Limit: No limit

These services can be booked direct with the hotel either prior to arriving or at the time of arrival. Simply reach out to the Intercontinental reservations team once you have placed your booking.

Please Note: Insider Expeditions are unable to add this service to your booking, this will need to be done direct with the hotel once you have confirmed your room. When contacting the hotel, please confirm that you are part of the Million Dollar Coach group booking so they can find your details.

FAQ’s
Q: Who can attend?
The Fiji Intensive core experience is for Black Belt members and Boardroom members and business partners. Team members are more than welcome to attend, at an additional cost.
We booked Fiji because it's a great place to bring family, so do please bring them along. However, the main Intensive experience and workshops will be for members only.
The Intercontinental has a great Kids Club, Golf Course and Spa - plus two pools and a range of activities. Your family will not be missing you whilst you level up your business.
Q: How much does it cost?
The Fiji Intensive is included as part of your Black Belt and/or Boardroom membership. It covers the core member and business partner and includes:

     Farewell Dinner
     Experience Day (Day 4: Boardroom Only)

This year, we have created a more immersive experience with activities, shared meals and themed dinners, morning and afternoon experiences and some fun and cultural day trips. We've created a budget friendly accommodation, meals and experience package that ensures you pay a fixed price, not needing to spend a cent more on your trip. Check out our packages above.
Q: Can I bring my team members?
Yes! We know that having team in the room can drastically help you accelerate the implementation of our strategies. It's also a fun employee perk... hello Fiji! If you would like to bring a team member, the cost is $999 USD per team member and they will be able to experience everything a member can, including lunches, organised dinners, experiences and day trips. They would need to book their own accommodation however as we have a limited number of packages for members only. Reach out to mdollar@insiderexpeditions.com and they can help book this for you.
